The back and forth led to multiple tense exchanges, where Tangipa opened up about his sister’s health struggles. Still emotional from the hearing, Tangipa expressed his frustrations with the process.
“I can’t get an hour to ask questions for that? That’s not worth it? To the state of California, that’s not worth it,” he said.
