At a news conference on Wednesday, California Assembly Member David Tangipa announced he was filing a lawsuit with Dhillon Law Group, Inc., 18 California voters and the California Republican Party.
“This whole process was a sham, and with this lawsuit, we will make sure we will expose it and hold those accountable,” Tangipa said during the news conference.
