8th District Assemblyman Leads GOP Lawsuit Challenging Prop 50

State Assemblyman David Tangipa is the lead plaintiff in a federal lawsuit (Tangipa v. Newsom) alleging that new congressional maps established by Proposition 50 constitute a racial gerrymander.
