“And now it’s almost like they’re just being conflict-avoidant. We have to have the hard conversations right now. Ab 1228 did not work. The good intentions don’t negate the negative consequences when it comes to bad pieces of legislation that aren’t data-driven and are not rooted in reality. And that’s exactly what that bill did,” said Tangipa.
